Pros- small and portable- heats up quick- good amount of steam- good size water reservoirCons- Cord is not long enough- there is no continuous steam unless you press the steam button- gets large areas out but not as easy on the smaller precise areas- base is non functionalI wanted to love this since I really disliked dragging out the big ironing board and iron to iron (which is why ironing just doesn’t happen very often). This came in a compact box with everything packed in. I plugged it in and it heated up right away.I started to use it and my finger quickly got tired of continuously pressing the button for steam. I guess I’m used to the garment steamer from working retail that had continuous steam coming out.When using it, steaming out the larger areas of my husband’s button down shirts were pretty easy but it was difficult to steam areas such as cuffed shirt sleeves, the flap of the pockets, the bottom edges of the shirt etc. i find i had to hold the shirt part stiff and use the steam and often times my hand got too close. Unfortunately, there isn’t a better way to iron it.I guess I can use it as a traditional iron but it defeats the purpose of this iron/steamer.One thing I did noticed that hanging up the shirts on my closet door and trying to steam it, the cord often times was not long enough. Depending on the distance to a plug and where you are using it, a extension cord may be neededFinally, there were no good place to put the iron down in between time where I am getting another shirt, switching hangers etc. i tried to put it on the base but it’s not so steady and when I try to put it up so it doesn’t fall over, it actually melted the front edge of the base.Final thoughts- would be good if you need to get some big wrinkles out in a hurry but if you will need to iron more than 2-3 articles of clothing; I will probably drag out the iron and ironing board instead.

Its disappointing that everyone gave great reviews but I probably have a broken item. It does not seem to work how its supposed to. No steam was coming out unless I press on the steam button. It made my hand/thumb hurt having to pressing on it to get steam. The power cord is also so short too. This is disappointing.

Spend more money and get a good one.
I had it less than 6 months and the button broke. My husband fixed it but it broke again. I need a better one. Splurge if you buy one cause they are well worth it

Waste of time
Will not work if you don't continuously push button. Refilled 3 times for 1 cardigan, STILL has wrinkles. VERY disappointed.

Great lil handy steamer
Great lil handy steamer. Great things bout this steamer is the Size, the multiple uses with the different attachments and most of all I'm most impressed with the time it takes to get heated to the max. Takes just seconds. The only thing is you have to keep pushing the steam button for steam to come out. It be really great if the steam was continuous. Anyways great tool to have in your office.

It didn't ever work properly for ironing a single shirt.The bottom part was broken at the first attempt to iron.
