This has been a great battery pack to use and has been a solid performer. To state the elephant in the room... It does not stay at the max wattage the entire time. I don't think this is a huge issue though, as I don't think you should be really using a battery pack to charge something that needs a constant like a laptop would. On my OnePlus 13 this does give me enough charging speed to be close to the stock charging with the official charger. This also worked very well for my tablet as well. After enjoying mine we also got one for someone as a christmas gift and they love theirs as well. Built in cable is really convenient, and yes the screen is a gimmick but its still nice to see. One thing to say is that this battery pack is indeed a very heavy one due to everything it has going on. My favorite thing is the input/output second USB C port so I can get it charged in a little over an hour from completely empty. I would definitely give this a thought as an option, especially since this one seems to always be more competitively priced than the other options that look to have the same features.

I've tested a LOT of power banks over the years, but this UGREEN Nexode 165W unit is on another level. It powers my MacBook Pro at 100W and still charges my phone at 65W-simultaneously! The built-in retractable USB-C cable is a genius move. No more tangled cords in my tech pouch, and it's the perfect length. I love that it recharges itself in under 2 hours with a 100W wall charger (which I pair with UGREEN's 45W GaN charger). It's slim enough to toss in a backpack, feels premium in the hand, and the digital readout on the screen is super helpful. If you travel, work remote, or just need reliable backup power-this is it. Keeps my laptop charged when I am working with out my cables. Charges phones extremely fast! Seems solid and of good quality!

It's heavy, and pretty bulky, but it holds a lot of juice. The screen is handy for checking if and how fast an attached device is being charged. The retractible cable seems pretty sturdy, but I don't see how you can replace it if a cat or puppy chews on the cable. Being able to charge my laptop is awesome. If you need to provide a lot of power, this is the beast to choose.

Got the power bank today. It took about 30 minutes to charge from the shipped 46% to fully 100% using a MacBook Pro 95W power input. The fully charged power bank was then connected directly to a Canon R5 camera with the built-in USB C cable and it used abut 10% capacity to fully charge a Canon R5 battery. It should be sufficient to charge up at least 5 Canon batteries. It is super easy to use, automatically adjust input and output power without interference. I also like the design and the digital display with info on input/output powers, percentage charged, etc. Given its large165W capacity, the size and weight of the power bank size is adequate.

This power bank has many of the bells and whistles I've been looking for. First, it can out 100W for my laptop and still manage 45W for my cell phone. The build quality is excellent. The built-in retracting USB-C cable is an awesome idea and they even went the extra mile to put a magnetic catch when the cable is all the way in. If the cable is extended, just give it a little tug and of will self retract and magnetically fold over to be flush with the top of the unit. Great job there guys. The size is what is to be expected for 20000 Ah, the batteries they use are on the lighter side. The best design idea is the TFT display that tells you the incoming and outgoing wattages. It also has a trickle charge feature for charge things like watches and such that don't like high wattage. The display will tell you how long until the battery is charged if the net wattage is positive or show you how long until the battery is dead if the net wattage is negative. Again, very cool feature, that it will put out 100W to charge my laptop but still try and charge itself with whatever charger is around, great feature for travel. The built-in auto retractible was it incredibly easy to use not having to worry if you forget a cable, these two things make the power bank extremely functional in day to day usage and the size is just about right, much smaller and you don't get to charge anything, much bigger and it becomes an actual brick you can use for self defense. Great design overall, you can chart you charge/discharge. Very cool. Hwy UGREEN, if your listening, you should make the USB-A port and actual extension port for data from the PC. I've had this on other bricks and it comes in surprisingly useful, especially since more USB-C ports are standard and you'll usually get one USB-A port if you're lucky. I would like full credit for this idea and expect my royalties to begin quickly.

Love the retractable cable. It can recharge at up to 100w if you have a wall adapter capable of 100w. It also can put out 140watts on just a single usbc cable. Wonderful size as capacity. UGreen has become my favorite company for my charging needs. Everything I own from them is great quality and at a great price.

Works great. A bit heavy. Charged my laptop in a full charge. Would buy again.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto perché stavo cercando un power bank affidabile, potente e comodo da portare in giro, soprattutto per lavoro e per i viaggi. Devo dire che l’UGREEN Nexode da 20000mAh mi ha sorpreso in positivo già dal primo utilizzo. La cosa che mi ha conquistato subito è il cavo retrattile integrato: sembra un dettaglio, ma evita il solito problema di ritrovarsi senza cavo nel momento del bisogno o con mille fili aggrovigliati nello zaino. È fluido, solido e sempre pronto. La ricarica è veramente rapidissima. I suoi 165W fanno la differenza rispetto ai power bank più comuni: riesco a ricaricare lo smartphone in pochissimo tempo, e addirittura il mio laptop Dell senza dovermi portare dietro l’alimentatore. Anche il MacBook e l’iPad non hanno avuto alcun problema di compatibilità. La capacità da 20000mAh si traduce in diverse ricariche complete, e nonostante la potenza, il power bank non si surriscalda e rimane sempre stabile. La costruzione è solida, con un design elegante e “premium” che dà proprio l’idea di un prodotto ben fatto. In sintesi, un power bank potente, versatile e incredibilmente comodo. Se serve qualcosa che ricarichi davvero tutto — dal telefono al laptop — questo è decisamente da considerare.

Great product! I brought this in my recent trip to Europe and does the job. It is flight safe and charges my iphone 16promax more than 4 times. It’s a bit on the heavy side but i don’t mind it.
