hmmmm... slightly disappointed

I bought the Emerica Jinx in Light Gray and I'm a little disappointed by the ones that were shipped to me.I have two other pairs of these and I like the way they fit but the thing that's bothering me about the light grey ones is that when I received them they had a black smudge on the front top section of the right shoe right where the shoelaces begin.I'm not sure if they just didn't package them correctly but I bough them brand new and they came with their very own dirt.I'm a little upset by this because THEY'RE NEW!!Other than that I really like the fit in everything so that's the reason I still gave them a 4 star rating.The smudge is just a little annoying because they're a light grey color.If it wasn't for the fact that I just use them for casual purposes I would be more upset by this but seeing as how I'm going to ruin them anyway I won't send them back.
