Will this fit in the front of a shopping cart?

Hello. I do not believe this would fit in the front of a shopping cart. It would fit in the big main area but not up front.

Does this have a wood bottom similar to the devoted doggy deluxe dog car seat, dog booster seat fits pets up to 15lbs?, padded cushioning

I am unfamiliar with the "Devoted Doggy Deluxe" car seat, but the MARSLABO seat has a very solid base. Not sure of material, as I have it assembled and don't want to take it apart. It also has a separate pad for the bottom of seat that is fleece on one side. I also scrunch up a soft blanket for my pup, as he likes to have a fluffy bed. My dog weighs 14 pounds and it holds him just fine. I couldn't be happier with this seat. My pup traveled cross-country in it with no complaints.

Can 2.small poodles fit in it?

My 11 lbs shihtzu and 2 lbs Yorkie fit but there’s only 1 hook to latch them in so you’d have to get a splitter to harness them both in..

Where is this manufactured?

I no longer have the packaging but it’s a great booster/car seat for dogs.
