Not for me !!!
Recommended by the SuppCo app as a quality supplement - which it may well be. However, the particular blend of probiotics in this product caused significant gastrointestinal distress. I used it for a couple of months to see if the distress would lessen as my gut settled in to a new collection of cultures โฆ no such luck. Stopped using these two weeks ago and am feeling much better.

Taking daily
A friend recommended this and I've been taking two pills daily for the last couple of years. Works well and I plan to keep using it. Recently converted it to a subscription plan.
