YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PRODUCT TO BELIEVE IT
Best sugar substitute I have ever used. Absolutely no after taste.... it is a natural sugar not like some of those with Aspertane. You will have to try it to believe it. if you are trying any of the THIN HEALTHY MAMMA reciepes this is one that is highly favored. You have simply got to have chocolate???? but you cannot blow it with the sugar. Take a chance and try this eciepe with this product.. you will be amazed.FUDGE3/4 st butter1/2 cup natural peanut butter2 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese2 TBS of cocoa (unsweetened of course)begin with 1/2 cup Erythritol (you can add or subtract to the sweet taste you want. Erythritol is basically equal measues with regular surar. as 1 cup sugar you would use 1cup Erythritol. I cant remembe how much I used but the receipe is online with THM others.Do not melt butter or cream cheese just soften. put all this together in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a glass pie plate or etc.then put into refrig or freezer. In 15 min cut into bite size pieces. No cooking, no guessing if it will firm up. Just keep refrigerated,,,,, roll into balls if you like but I can tell you this one thing alone sold me on this product..... You need to understand a little about why you can use the butter & cream cheese if dieting. But to cut back on your sugar this is a BIG DEAL. DH

I'm a fan
I've been a fan of products from NOW Foods for a long time 'now'. (Pardon the pun)I ordered the Erythritol Natural Sweetener from NOW via Amazon - and use it as regular sugar. I prefer its taste as I do not like the taste of Stevia. I have a stevia plant at home and can deal with just putting a leaf or two in my tea - but other than that I usually cook (bake, sprinkle, or sauce) Erythritol Natural Sweetener. I just use it as if it's the regular organic cane sugar I still sometimes buy. I know - I'm complex!

The Best sugar alcohol there is.
Erythritol is not as sweet as I thought it would be, so I plan to buy some organic stevia and mix the two. It does have some sweetness and I like the fact that it is GMO free and has a Zero glycemic index. This sugar alcohol is suppose to be the best sugar alcohol their is. Sugar alcohols are also considered natural since they are produced by natural processes like fermentation. Sugar alcohols are suppose to be very good for diabetics as well as stevia and I want to use this, since there is diabetes in my family, and I want to do everything I can do to keep from getting diabetes. Sugar is VERY INFLAMMATORY and artificial sweeteners are very bad for people to use, as well as HFCS. Agave (anything) Inulin, and Maltodextrin the large quantities that are used in some stevia blends so only use stevia blends with Erythritol. Even though honey and maple syrup are natural sweeteners, they are still sugar. Anyone suffering from Inflammatory diseases needs to stop using all the sweeteners listed above. Use Erythritol and stevia instead. I plan to continue to buy this product and add organic stevia to it esp since it will make a bulk sweeteners instead of having to rip open a dozen packets.

it's great for my keto diet
It does have zero calories as well as zero carbs, which it's great for my keto diet, but it's not as sweet as other reviews claim it is; at least to me. I tried on coffee, and it does have a cooling aftertaste, and I had to put at least like 4 or 5 tsp just to have a small taste of sweetness, which with the small amount of oz this package containers, would not last me a while. I bake some sugar free chocolate chips cookies, and again that cooling effect does not sit well. I basicly threw the whole batch out. I tried again, and bake a sugar free cheesecake, and it work great. I did love the way it tasted. I also turn some into powder sugar on my Ninja, and it turns out great. It does work better this way, no cooling aftertaste.

Great sweetener alternative to sugar
This makes Keto completely doable for me. You can make wonderful deserts... it measures almost exactly like sugar. Maybe a little less sweet unlike Splenda or Stevia that you just use a tiny bit for sweetness. It has a little bit of a cold taste on the tongue and if you use a lot of it in a dessert you might have that sensation but truly no aftertaste in any of the desserts I’ve made. I have to say I don’t love it in my coffee but only because I’m a sugar addict and I loved a lot of sugar in my coffee so it’s hard to compare to that. But I prefer it to Stevia. I would t have gotten through Keto without this sugar alternative. So glad I found it!

This really does taste like real sugar
Tastes like sugar. It does have that "cooling effect" like mint or something when it first gets wet. So if you eat it, say, sprinkled on a cookie, you'll feel the cooling effect. (not really a taste, but reminds one of mint due to the cooling). BUT - if you wet it first - in tea, or on wet fruit (watermelon, strawberry...) I never noticed it.Good for diabetic trying to control sweet sugar intake.

Bothered my stomach
I use erythritol often, this was the first time using this brand. I have used erythritol for about 2 years now and this one gave me stomach issues. It’s Possible that it was something else, but this was the only change my wife and I made and we both experienced issues for about a week. I’d say give a try but just be cautious.

Good in small doses..
1. The taste is pretty close to real sugar.2. You have to use roughly 1 1/2 times as much as sugar.3. In small doses, it's great. In large doses, it acts like a laxative.4. I drink iced tea throughout the day and after using this to sweeten my tea, I ended up with diarrhea.5. I'd be nervous serving it to guests.6. On a positive note, if you suffer from constipation, this may help you with that problem.7. Based on my experience, I'd recommend using it no more than twice daily. If you use it inyour coffee and you only drink two cups per day, this may be a winner!

It's not a 2 pack. Very Disappointed!!!!
The wording on the advert is wrong as it's not a 2 pack that you receive. It says each pack is $17 and that's wrong as each pack is $33 I paid $33 to get 1 pack or sweetener when I could have paid $14 for the exact same pack like I did last month from a different seller, I thought this was the better deal and it's not. This is false advertising and I will never order from this seller again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this.

My go-to replacement for white sugar
anything that asks for sugar (white or brown) or agave, etc I switch out with this … I do a 1-to-1 and always tastes good. It's not a cheap product if you're an avid baker, which I am not.

Package size description misleading
The product came in two “tiny” packages and I had expected from a slight misleading description that I was getting two 2 lb pkgs
