A few drops under the tongue can bypass the GI tract and deliver NAD+ directly to the blood. Research shows that NAD+ crosses the blood brain barrier to quickly raise NAD+ levels in the hypothalamus, which is the master regulator of our metabolism.

Great improvement in energy!
Great product! I feel the effect of sublingual more than the capsule type.

Mid day boost
I take other NAD+ driving supplements in the am. I eat during a small window in the early afternoon (11-4). When I got my first bottle of this I used it in the afternoon to sort of combat the lull in energy from eating and processing all that food...seeing that I normally eat a good amount of food in that time span. I'm getting a 2nd bottle, this time to use in conjunction with fat bombs while on the golf course. No hot dog or cheeseburger for me on the turn this year.

If you think you're getting Niagen, well...you're not.
NAD+. For a while there was marketing chaos around Chromadex's Niagen, and who they were selling their products to.NAD+ seemed to represent compounds containing nicotinamide riboside chloride, licensed from Chromadex.I purchased this sublingual believing it to be a liquid formulation of Niagen. That it is not. This is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. My understanding is that the bioavailability of this compound is simply less effective. Perhaps that's why it's being sold as a sublingual in the first place.Regardless, if you're looking for Niagen, this isn't it.
