Great for beginners and effective
The item shipped quickly and came in one light weight box. The items are all great quality, the grip socks were very comfortable and strong grip for no slips. I love the package of the different levels of elastic bands, this keeps you from having to purchase them separately. Overall this product has been great and nice gift option.. Perfect for those just starting out with Pilates and that may need some guidance as it comes with a beginners guide.

Definitely a good starter pack
Definitely a good package to start with. It has a lot of different items for Pilates. However, the manโs could be a little more sturdy theyโre very thin. But other than that, I would definitely suggest this as a starter pack.

The inflatable ball is badly made as it can't retain air in the ball as there's no valve system at the aperture of inflation. The weight bands (each band of different weight & tension) are poor as the differences in tension between the range of bands are imperceptible.
