Best USB-C Hub for the MacBook Pro
I was looking for a hub for my MacBook Pro, since this computer only have 4 USB-C - Thunderbolt connectors and all of my peripherals are the common USB type I was looking for functionality and performance at a reasonable cost. Luckily I found this Lapton, and I compared price, easy of use and functionality and decided to buy it. The unit is very simple but well constructed, it is made of aluminum with a rubber base so it won't slip. Very easy to connect, no issues, all the ports works flawlessly. I connect my 50 inch 4K TV using the HDMI port and the results were awesome, Cristal clear image. I take it in my bag every where I go. The only downside for my was the SD - Micro SD Reader, it is located in a place, lets say quite hard to introduce the cards and to take it out, it is not the end of the world but I can live with it. One of the deciding points to select this hub from the others is that have 3 USB ports instead of 2 and 2 USB - C instead of 1, others I had seen only have 1 USB - C and 2 USB. I'm very happy with the hub and will last for years to come.

Lasted me a couple weeks shy of a year (Purchased Dec. 2018)
I bought this hub for my 2018 MacBook Pro because, as we all know, Apple decided that nothing should be able to be plugged into their device if it's not Thunderbolt (not even its own phones???).Anyway, this hub worked pretty well for me for almost a year, but over time I noticed the prongs started to become looser. Eventually, they seemed to lose contact with the circuit board and stopped working altogether, rendering the remainder of the hub useless. I'm glad to have had it for the amount of time I did, but I would suggest going with a corded hub rather than the two-pronged hub, mainly because it keeps the connection point a bit safer.I would've purchased the product again, but $60 is a bit steep of a price point when I found other hubs that can do more (including ethernet) for around the same price or less.

USB C Dock
The dock worked fine for the first 6 months and then started lagging and intermittently losing connectivity. Not good for long term use.

Wasn't compatible
I bought this due to lack of usb/ports on my brand new MacBook Pro. Apple rep recommended this to me however I couldn't get it to charge and run a thunderbolt cord at the same time. It would connect with one or the other but not at the same time. I needed the lap top to serve as my hard drive at times for my iMac monitor for graphic design and/or spreadsheet work working from home. I tried multiple times and ensured I had a secure connection with no luck.

Works great for a good price
Adapter works perfectly. I only wish that it didn’t jiggle while trying to plug into it while it was plugged into my Mac

Great product, sleek design and does what its supposed to do
I've had it for about 2 weeks, not issues at all. It had no reviews when I came across the product but I liked the design and decided to give it a shot. No issues so far and works perfectly!

Solidly built and easy to use !
Got this for my brothers new MacBook that he got for his fancy new tech job. He needed more ports and said it was exactly what he needed and that it hooked up easily and works great, so five stars here ! Great gift for the techie in your life.

Stopped working after 5 months
When it worked, it was great and absolutely necessary for my MacBook Pro, but it never fit 100% properly. Now it will only work 1 in 100 times. Wish I would've just paid more for a good one.
