While these are a bit large, they are coated so they go down easy. If it sits in your mouth, it tastes like a vitamin. Yuk. So dont suck on it.But, it contains iron, which a lot of the others don't. My doc said I needed iron. So these do the trick, and I do actually notice that I have less energy if I run out and miss a couple of days. So they work.I dont know about absorbency. That's for tampons.

The lid was cracked. Everything was sealed and ok but the lid was cracked which makes it hard to close the bottle.

I love the fullness of the contains more for the money

I received the package of two bottles and it was exactly same what I ordered but the problem is how I can use 600 tablets (one daily) before Date of 01/2023 and I received it at 09/2021Remaining 480 days...it means I will throw out 120 tablets. So if expiry Date is less than 600 days you can't sell it as a package of two...should be only one bottle to be Fair and clear with clients.

They are awfully big and hard to swallow. Otherwise they are fine.

I'll never take these out of my day!

the product expires on 6/01/21 i.e. in 3 months. who can finish 600 tablets in 3 months. very bad customer service - misuse of trust! should send me 2 bottles for free and one which has much greater expiry date/shelf life - complete waste of my time!
