Photo booth owners beware.
I own a photo booth company and have used the Hiti p510L and it has been nothing but trouble. This company does not provide phone or online support on Saturdays and Sundays, when photo booth companies do most of their work. There were several times when the printer malfunctioned due to poor design and we were not able to solve it until Monday. Such as the time when Hiti changed the design of the print cartridge to save on production costs. We had to update the driver and firmware by connecting to the internet. This is not practical in the field during an event. As a result there were many unhappy customers when we told them we could not print their photos. Hiti saved money at the customers expense. We are currently looking at other printers and have found some promising solutions. I would not recommend the Hiti p510L printer.
