Scar-Gel - Silicone Scar Reduction Gel 30g

I had my operation in the 29th January 19 which left a 10cm long scar, around the base of my neck, and an adjoining one 10cm long down my chest. The neck incision was stitched, which left it raised and bulky by roughly 3mm. I began using the patch a week after, leaving it on overnight, roughly about 7-8 hrs. After 3 weeks it's completely flattened, even the part at the end that was joined to my chest scar. So pleased, I didn't expect such great results and so soon.

The gel is a very runny liquid so when you squeeze the tube, a lot of it ends up running down the tube and is wasted. I think the gel should be made thicker, or it should be supplied in a tube with a smaller hole or in a bottle with a pipette. It ran out after three weeks and I would say half of it was wasted. I won't buy it again.

The tube is packaged in a blank cardboard box which contains no product information. There is an insert leaflet, however, it doesn't contain a listing of the ingredients, neither is there one printed on the tube itself. Even if it just was 100 % silicone, this information needs to be listed somewhere. Also, the tube has a very wide opening (like toothpaste) which is unsuitable for the very runny consistency of the product and causes much of it to spill. Some spilled on my laminate flooring and despite a thorough clean-up effort has left a film on the floor which made it extremely slippery. One for the bin.

It worked for what I needed. I got a piercing and got a keloid with it. It helped me after a few weeks using constantly. It’s very watery, like there’s a liquid consistency so be careful when open it. I ended up wasting a lot because of that.

I have been using this on keloid scars across my jawline for a couple of months. I use it twice every other day as I find it quite drying and have to alternate with a moisturising balm. I use a battery silicone face massager to apply the product. A little goes a long way and one tube has lasted me a long time, however the product is very runny so i have lost a fair amount to the floor and have now put it in my own screw top jar to stop more loss! The gel has made a considerable impact on the size and redness of my scars, so i will be using this product for the forseeable future as it is the first one to have worked, and for a very reasonable price!

Does not work and Not worth the money. Don’t get very much in the tube if got you got big scars.

L'unica pomata che ha datto solievo al prurito delle cicatrici di ostuoni di 3 grado delle gambe del mio bambino purtroppo ostiuonato... mi sono commossa dalla gioia di vederlo dormire tutta la notte... vi prego solo di non alzare il prezzo purché mi tocca acquistarla a vita...!!!

Non ho mai voglia di lasciare recensioni,ma questo prodotto merita.cambia proprio l'aspetto della pelle con cicatrici, come se uniformasse la cicatrice al colore della pelle.E solo dopo 3 giorni ho cominciato a vedere che iniziava a cambiare pian piano qualcosa.Nr consigliano l'uso x 2 mesi,ora rifaccio l'ordine x continuare la cura ,ne avevo preso solo 1 in prova. Lo sto usando da circa 7 giorni,2 volte al giorno,ne basta poco ,bisogna massaggiare bene per farlo assorbire come si deve.E' ottimo,non pensavo
