I'm not understanding your question. Are you asking if this item is good or bad? I use this for plant labels. It works great for that.

is it useful for labeling kitchen machines (griller, oven, fryer...etc)?

The stainless steel metal tape comes in two version. One is plain metal, the other has adhesive tape on the back which I believe is better for your application . However, I would recommend to level them away from the heated area to prevent label adhesive to melt,

Would this work for labeling jars and such in my kitchen? I love the look of the aluminum tape but wonder how well it sticks?

The tape I use is not sticky. I use small screws to put it on my aviary cages. I believe that they have some tape that is sticky, but I haven’t used it.
