Curry is great, plain, not so much
This is my first time trying these wraps. I kept them in the refrigerator until I was ready to use them and then I put them out on the counter to get to room temp, per the instructions on the package. After I opened them, I put them in a Ziploc bag. I didn't have any issues with them drying out, like other people did.As far as taste goes, I definitely preferred the curry wraps over the plain ones. I love coconut, but with the plain ones, the coconut flavor was a bit overpowering. With the curry flavor, it complimented the coconut well. I used them to make a breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. I didn't find I needed to head them up, as the heat of the food did it just fine. They were a little bit on the greasy side as they heated up, but that was understandable, given the ingredients (They are Whole30 Compliant, which is my big thing)I only gave them 4 stars though because the plain wraps weren't super great, and yes, they are a little bit chewy. But if it's this or no wrap at all, I'll take it! It's a nice alternative to super processed store bought tortillas.

Depends on your purpose....
These aren't bad, exactly - just don't exactly double as a flexible tortilla-like wrap... They are more like rice paper - stiffer stronger rice paper. If you are trying to wrap cold sandwich ingredients that don't need to be capped on one end (like the pic), then these will do nicely - when cold, they snap (you can roll them, but if you bend them, they snap), so it will be easy to slowly bite it down as you go. However, if you are looking to fill it with warm to hot contents, forget about it - they turn chewy and almost impossible to bite, and they definitely aren't big enough or structurally sound enough to cap one end (like a burrito, for example). They also aren't out of this world delicious, or even marginally taste-ful in any way. If you are looking for any sort of taste, definitely do the turmeric ones (or whatever other flavor they have - although I haven't tasted the others), as the plain one is really like rice paper - zero taste. Ultimately - I'm not buying these again - I'd rather make some millet or just use riced cauliflower.

$1.50 per serving, peace of mind worth SOOO much more
I was skeptical that these would not be able to pass my "texture" sensitive self. I love these. The first two I simply rolled up some Cajun turkey and devoured them. The next day I actually put some thought into it, and you can do a whole lot with these, and stay carb conscious. The Curry is my favorite. I switched to ham for the Original, added Swiss, and pre-melted the meat and cheese before rolling it up. YUM. So, are they pricey? Well...maybe, but they are HANDY, and I missed burritos and tortillas, so it is a win for me.

plant-based product to recommend to my clients for wraps
Posting from Bryan's wife....a holistic nutrition coach always in search of a clean, plant-based product to recommend to my clients for wraps. The curry flavored were okay and as soon as we opened them, we used them all so there was no drying out. The flavor was pleasant and the texture was consistent with a tad thicker brown rice paper. The original though, we opened and only used 2, leaving the other 2 in a covered place in the refrigerator, they hardened. My husband ended up using them fried in coconut oil but I was bummed at that price, nearly $2 per wrap that they did so.

A good way to get food to your mouth without a fork
These wraps are okay. They taste neutral and are sturdy enough to hold food together. I give them four stars (instead of 3) because there is nothing else on the market better than this, so you might want to give them a try. Wish they were larger, less expensive, had more flavor and a softer mouth-feel, but they do their job of getting food to your mouth without a fork.

Good and not so good
I like the plain wraps, but the curry flavor has an off taste to me and I couldn't eat them. Whichever you get, plan to eat them within a few days of opening, or they lose their softness and start to crack, can't be used as a wrap anymore.

Great Tortilla Substitute
These are really cool and healthy. I bought these on amazon and yet it is not allowing me to make this an Amazon verified purchase review. The reason I love these if because they are a super tasty alternative to the flour tortillas which I can no longer eat due to removing grain from my diet. This is a great grain alternative with the benefits of coconut.

Curry flavor delicious
Low calories and wonderful replacement if you are burnt out on lettuce wraps but very oily. Very very oily. Curry flavor was nice.
