I absolutely love these. I was having digestive issues and was bloated all the time. I tried every type of supplement and probiotic and only found 2 products that actually worked. This is one of them, I actually lost about 10 pounds in the first month of taking them. They keep my skin clear and I take 2 in the evening before dinner and I never ever get bloated. I dont even get bloated when I get my period which is awesome. I have a nice flat stomach and I work hard on my abs and now it is flat 24/7. I will never stop taking this product as nothing compares to it! I feel like it got rid of all the built up waste in my body which is why I lost all the weight in the beginning and now I stay pretty much at the same weight. I've been taking these for 3 months now, I waited so I could give an honest review. I hope this helps others with minor skin flare ups and bloating as it has helped me.

I’m so glad I re-started this complete probiotic. Day one I saw gut health improvement. I felt like new again with energy way up. I don’t plan on living without it. Sprit moves through this, that’s what I told myself. No taste, No other compares. Worth the price tag.

The best probiotic in my opinion. Helped me heal my gut with other things but I love the quality of this brand.

If you're a female and suffer from the dreaded 'menopot' (you know what I'm talking about) these are a great assist in that area. Plus, I've felt much better with greater energy since I started taking them. The whole Sakara line is wonderful! Pricey, yep. Worth it, yes.I'm taking the maximum, four a day now. I'll keep buying them. I'm on my 2nd bottle. I've also branched out and am taking their Foundation line of supplements. Great company. Couldn't be more pleased.

Seal intact and good expiration date but at least 1 capsule so far was broken and emptied. A lot of dust came out when I opened the bottle. Next time ill buy from the manufacturer.

If you're looking for a probiotic, try these. They reduce bloating and overall gut health. I got my first bottle from a friend and now I'm on a subscription. I can always tell when I miss a dose.
