Vitex Elixer changed my llife! I had been going through premenopausal changes and I just needed something to help with some of the more severe symptoms (earlly periods, severe mood swings, cycstic acne) and the doctors just wanted to prescibe me various presciptions but I didnt want to use birth control or depression meds becuase I knew this was just due to hormone flux. I found a functional gyn who suggested Vitex and within 3 months, I was back to my old self!!! Might taste bad but SO worth every drop!

I started taking the Vitex Elixir because my hormones were starting to get the best of me. I cannot take any hormonal supplements nor can take any hormonal birth control due to a blood clot I had a few years ago as a side effect from the birth control I was on. I was looking for something that could help me through natural ingredients while not putting me at danger for future clots. I was recommended to try Vitex Elixir and I'm very glad I have started it! After 3 weeks (and one complete cycle), my PMS symptoms were drastically reduced (thanks to the chaste tree berry) and my mood has normalized. Another side benefit to using this is that I've also increased my water intake and the hydration has really helped! I'm looking forward to seeing how this will benefit me after long term use. I would strongly recommend it to anyone that is having moderate to severe PMS symptoms. It has helped me for sure with my crazy!

I purchased the Vitex Elixir to help me with "hot flashes" and much to my surprise, it worked. I was skeptical to say the least. I had breast cancer (estrogen +) 15 years ago and am not a good candidate for hormone replacement therapy, though I doubt I would have ever done that if natural alternatives were available. Unfortunately, there have been no studies to verify or nullify the safety of using this product for post breast cancer, so use at your own discretion if you are in a similar situation. I was miserable enough to take my chances and test it out on myself. The product is not a synthetic hormone replacement, but rather balances the hormone levels in the body. I started feeling results just a little over one week and was using as prescribed on the bottle; however, I cut back to once a day...every other day, and might even skip another day or two. So far, so good.

This product is the best! It took me 1 full month of 3 drops-3 times daily then it kicked in!!!! I also take 2 Macca capsuls daily. Now I just do 3 drops and 1 Macca for maintence. Why suffer?

Love this product! If your symptoms/health concerns (which can be of a very personal kind so I won't go in to details) warrant this kind of supplement I would HIGHLY recommend this one. I take it every day and LOVE it. I have had fantastic results...
