I've heard a lot about the benefits of burdock tea, so I decided to give it a try. The package arrived quickly, and the quality is great. It tastes like a nice herbal tea. I have it twice a day now and really enjoy it. I haven't noticed any major effects on my glucose levels yet, but I assume it takes time. Plus, with my hormones being all over the place, I’m sure I need more time to experience its full benefits.One small note: I wish the package were resealable, but it's not a big deal.

I purchased this to drink it as tea, and because burdock root is a powerhouse for health, known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps purify the blood, supports liver function, and enhances digestion. A truly beneficial addition to a healthy diet.I am someone who loves to be healthy without taking any medication. So instead I always look for natural remedies.So far i had it few times, but will be updating after a month or so
