Master LockCombination Padlock

I bought this lock in July 2014. It was used to secure an outboard engine to a dinghy from mid-September to end October 2014. When intending to use the lock again on 30.5.15 the lock was found not to be useable. Incidentally, I paid £16.17 for the lock.
