Upgraded my old Dell 23.5" from 13yrs ago. Still works and a great monitor, so buying another Dell was a bonus (I hope). Sharp and good colours/blacks, and unless a fully black screen, the light bleed is not noticeable. Not sure how I feel about the mini-joystick controls vs individual buttons, though likely I'll find a setting I like and just never change it. That said there are a lot of preset modes and options, maybe too many for me, so still playing around with it. Looks good, not a black case/stand rather a very dark blue/purple which I wasn't expecting but so dark it looks black from a foot away. Stand is solid.

shocking bought this 400 pound monitor just to turn it on to see its broken spent 20 min setting this monitor up waste of time do no waste ur money on this brand

I love this monitor, well worth the money. Awesome for watching movies and surfing the internet. There is either the On Screen Display Menu system and you can install the Alienware Software and you can change advanced setting for the HD features of this Monitor. It exceptional brightness and excellent Black levels as well as a High Refresh rate. Making this monitor great for Gaming or Desktop publishing for a Multi Window Environment. It does cost a little more than the average competitor but It has a good Warranty and build quality. Basically you get what you pay for.
