I bought the variety pack to try all the flavors. All three taste good, I do like the raspberry flavor the most. The bars contains 9g of protein and 8g of fat with 4g of carbs of 1g of fiber and 1 g of sugar for the raspberry bar. They are well and conveniently packed so will survive a hiking trip in a backpack or as a backup snack in a work backpack without worrying that it will split on you and mess up everything around it. I find the bar filling, for 160 Cal I am going to experiment with using it as a meal replacement as part of maintaining a calorie deficit. The other thing I like is that the bar is firm and you actually have to chew it properly, so I not something you can just hoover up you need to chew, I do like that feels more satisfying. It's a good size bar and I can trust the quality of the ingredients and there's nothing in there I can not pronounce. If you're serious about your health and you're looking for a really good protein bar that's satisfying and filling, try this one. All three flavors are good, if I have to rate them raspberry first then lemon and the the white cacao third.

I like what Brian Johnson does but I'm not that much of a fan of these bars. Here's why: - Very expensive ($28 for 12 pretty small bars) - The macros aren't that great - 12g fat, 9g protein and 4g carbs isn't that awesome. I would have liked less fat and more protein - I don't particularly like the taste and texture - they feel like rice crispies dipped in chocolate. I got the variety pack and didn't like any of them. Comparing these to other bars, for example Barebells (which are pretty expensive too), but similar comparisons could be drawn to Pure Protein and others. - Same price for a box of 12, but the Barebells are almost 40% bigger (55g vs 40g) - Barebells have 8g fat, 20g protein, 19g carbs. So significantly more protein and less fat per bar. Higher carbs though, I'll give them that. - Barebells (in my personal opinion) taste better.

I rarely review things; as a public service do not purchase these lame bars. The taste is ok, but the texture is hard--mostly is made of this rice type ingredient on the top of the bar with a very rare mac nut. Definitely do not purchase; you can't return these on amazon (I just threw my away; no point in trying to eat them)
