Columbia Women's Newton Ridge Plus Waterproof Amped Hiking Boot

I'm really pleased with these boots. They are so comfortable straight out of the box. I have worn them on many a dog walk and can say they are definitely waterproof. We have walked through plenty of puddles and mud, my dog always finds the mud, and I've come home with dry feet. I've bought many a pair of waterproof boots where you come home with soaking wet feet just after walking through wet grass. They are easy to clean with a damp cloth, thankfully, so hopefully they will stay looking nice for longer. I think they are great quality, they are light weight but feel robust. I'm a size 7 and the 7 fit me perfectly. A bonus is that they don't make my feet look huge which some do. Overall I'm impressed with these boots and can recommend.

These boots were comfy straight out of the box and fit perfectly. I've used them for hikes in both summer and winter and they continue to be supportive in all terrain. They're nice and light weight while being waterproof and functional. I also like that there's a wide range of colours available. Personally I went for the tan with red laces. Was slightly worried this would show up the mud but it brushes straight off.

I was adamant I needed the Merrell MOAB and went to try them but found them to be stiff and drab. I bought these just because they were aesthetically pleasing and am so glad they turned out to be a great fit and comfy. They feel sturdy and surprisingly lightweight. They're also simply pretty 😍

Great boots, sized up for thicker socks. Straight out of the box walked 15miles no problem, no blisters or sore feet. Waterproof and love the colour combination. Cute stylish boots. Better than Danners at twice the price. Recommended

I bought them last minute for trekking in Iceland because my old boots burst at the sole so I had no chance to break them in. I wore them for 6 days straight, 14 hours a day and I got very painful blisters on my little toes. After 5 days I developed blisters on the sides of my big toes too which I suspect was from trying to keep my weight off my little toes. Maybe if I'd had a chance to break them in it would have been different? As it was, I couldn't wait to get them off my feet. My heels and ankles were fine (they usually blister) and there's plenty of padding inside. Good ankle support and they kept my feet dry and warm the whole time. They do seem like good, well made boots. I just had an unfortunate experience with them.

I love the colour of these. I have wide feet and they fit me well. They are comfortable and sturdy for hiking and so far haven't let in any water.

Good quality, lightweight boots at a fab price. Tried them on in another shop but they cost £40 more, very happy.

I needed a new pair of walking boots and really don’t enjoy the process of them potentially rubbing my feet and bedding them in but these boots were amazing. So comfortable and the ankle support if great. Waterproof and warm. I wear them daily for walking the dogs across fields and dales. Love them.

Awesome hiking boots and definately worth the price!

Für mich ein ganz toller Wanderschuh. Ich habe ihn bei einer 20km-Tour im Schnee das erste mal getragen. Beim klettern und Eis hatte ich einen sehr guten halt. Meine Füße sind dabei trocken und warm geblieben. Obwohl der Schuh sehr stabil ist, ist er sehr bequem zu tragen und nicht schwer am Fuß. Vor allem vom Fußbett her. Ich habe keine Blasen von der Wanderung bekommen. Lediglich eine Druckstelle an einem Knöchel, da dieser etwas ausgeprägter ist als der Andere. Das ist allerdings kein Hindernis, da der Schuh mittels der oberen Hakenschnürung super von der weite her einstellen lässt. Ebenso lassen sie sich leicht reinigen. Ich finde die Schuhe von der Größe sehr passgenau. Kann sie sehr weiterempfehlen.

Excelente bota. Utilizei em longas caminhadas. Completamente impermeável . Importante "amaciar" antes.
