MISSING PARTS

THE LADDER IS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED, HOWEVER THE COLLAR RINGS FOR THE DECKING WERE MISSING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WAS PLEASANT ABOUT THE CORRECTION BUT ADMITTED IT WOULD TAKE A MONTH TO RECEIVE THE MISSING PARTS BECAUSE LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE, IT'S MADE IN CHINA!

This is a fantastic addition to our pool. Although it came with anchors to set in new concrete I just drilled into the existing concrete (1 2/3 inch holes) and wow!
