I’ve only been drinking this for a few days but I really like it! I was nervous because so many reviews said it was salty. I have drank many liquid IVs and hydration drinks of that nature in the past and those are salty- this drink is not anywhere near as salty as those. I don’t even really taste any salt. It tastes like strawberry kiwi. I can’t really attest to any other claims because it’s only been a few days but I feel like I am calmer so hopefully my cortisol is going down and that’s positive too. It’s been my lunch time drink and I’m enjoying it :)

This product is amazing, helped me with bloating and period cramps, a little bit sweet but is very good.

Have purchased the larger bag bc it works! It’s refreshing energy without the crash! Bonus it tastes good!

Good flavor, only slight metallic taste at the end of the bottle. Better mood and energy, prevents mid afternoon crash. Individual packets great for on the go. No bloating.

I wanted to like this. But it’s like fruit taste with salt on top. I can’t drink it. And I can’t return it. If you like salty taste. Then this is for you. I’ll see if I can gift it. But a little disappointed because it wasn’t cheap and I’m now stuck with it.

It tastes so salty, like a hydration packet and that’s not what I thought it would be like since it doesn’t say that. Can’t even drink 1 packet! Total waste of money!
