the product is awful. they delivered a damaged product. it seems the product is reformatted. the OS is not compatible with the laptop.

I get it a 5 star ratting because it's easier to use for work school and doing certain things like writing applications printing folder organization it's on point, my disappointment the battery dies very fast. And I not using my big folders like virtual dj and serato. I read up on this laptop before I perches it. I really cannot say why it's a new laptop I expected a better battery life span. Other than that it's okay. Size yes quality performance yes
