I have no idea. I make my own dip. I like spice, and the store mixes don’t cut it. I add 1.5 — 2 tsp to about 32 oz of sour cream and mayonnaise. I include other vegetables and spices of my own blend. It is excellent. A whiff will make you sneeze. A lot.

Q: How does the compare to the habanero tajin? i really like citrus flavor and heat of the tajin but wanted to give this a try.

I am not familiar with the tajin you refer to. I find the ground dried peppers to be excellent. They have the same taste as other habenaro peppers I have had and the powder incorporates into whatever you are mixing it with. I used them to make habenaro brownies and the heat was perfectly distributed.
