After receiving the product, turn on the handheld inkjet printer but the touch screen does not work？

The product cannot avoid collision during transportation. This is a normal phenomenon. The screen only needs to be calibrated. The details page has corresponding videos.

Do you need to buy your specific ink cartridges?

No, our machine is not encrypted, and most of the 0.5-inch specification cartridges are universal.
