Does this have a smell when wet or when dry?

There is a very slight odor when the paint is first applied, but only if you hold it close to your nose and try and smell it. There is no odor once dry.

I know it says fabric but will this work on glass?

Je m'en sert pour faire des bijoux de peau. Très élastique et flexible une fois sec du coup il faut limiter les lignes fines et indépendantes (si on ne décolle pas la peinture, aucun problème). Le rendu est très joli.
