Okay for baking in a pinch. But not to blend into a smoothie. Okay It has a bit of an off taste compared to other heavy cream powders I have tried. It tastes like sheep's milk, to me, although AI said it is sourced from cow's milk.

I’d buy this again. I use it for my portable coffee kit. I like that this is real cream powder - tastes great and easy to travel with. My kit includes a collapsible kettle, rechargeable frother, instant starbucks. I find that the heavy cream powder mixes easily with hot coffee or hot water using the frother- glad I found this & recommend.

I use this to as a component for a Hot Cocoa mix. This makes a mix so smooth that even my wife, who normally eschews these indulgences, was impressed by the depth and intensity of the hot cocoa.

This excellent ! I use it a cream & I mix it with a high quality whole powder milk from Holland to have Half & Half. It simply makes both products excellent... in the past I was buying heavy cream or half and half I couldn't find a decent half and half cream is expensive I would either run out or it would go bad because I had to buy a larger size this way I make the right quantity I use it up and I have fresh product every time.. it's lovely
