These headphones work really well, My only frustration is the control pad is on the wire that is hanging from the headphones, so it cause them to come loose from your ear, which is not only a little bit cumbersome but will affect the sound quality. For things like running they weren't the best, but they work well for other things, like when lifting or cleaning your house, or being lazy listening to audible. In those instances these earphones get 2 thumbs up.
