I use this to jog along the windy cliffs. It’s a great fit for my slightly larger head and it’s adjustable. I love the hole for my hair. The rim is firm and stays put in the wind. Good coverage as well. I’m getting another.

My wife loves this hat. She needed to protect her face during an international trip and this did the trick. Very comfortable, very cool and she looked great. The is now her weekend gardening hat. Nothing negative to say about this hat.

I like it for the price. The width of the brim is really good. I like the neck flap too but it really needs to be at least an inch longer or more to cover the nape of the neck when your head is leaned forward. I guess I could sew on an extension but it sucks to have to modify an item to make it fulfill the full purpose you've purchased it for. I have a smaller head, as I'm sure many other women do too, and this hat is still loose on the tightest setting for me so it needs to be able to be adjusted down to an even smaller size. The hole in the back is too small to fit a bun (better than a ponytail or braid for keeping sticks and leaves out of hair) which is how I wear my hair up when it is long.

I bought one of these for myself first…and since then I’ve bought a few more to give as gifts.It offers great sun protection for your face and neck. It’s breathable and kinda water resistant. It’s not super adjustable but the material is somewhat flexible so I think it’s a one size fits all kinda thing.The material is very forgiving…you can wash it or cram it into a backpack and it will keep its shape.Personally I think the style is cute and the color was fun too! Great work working in the yard or going on a hike!Highly recommend!

I was skeptical of how much more sun protection this provides vs a regular hat or baseball cap. But now I won't go out for a walk without this hat. Also love the neck protection without much added weight. Even in the muggiest of days it is still comfortable to wear.

I bought this hat to use while I was out fishing in the mountains of Northern Arizona. It does have good sun coverage, but the fabric doesn’t breathe. I wore this hat in 90+ F weather, and it made my head uncomfortably hot. The breathable netting is covered with another fabric, and the ventilation holes were useless. If you are only concerned about sun protection, but not ventilation, this hat will probably work for you. That said, I really don’t recommend it for super hot climates like central Arizona in the Sonoran Desert!

Looked at a dozen of these types of hats before choosing one to take on safari. This one worked out great. The elastic on the back made it a perfect fit for my head, but it's not adjustable so you may have to just try it one to know (doesn't fit my husband's super XL head).The ponytail hole was perfect for my long hair pulled up and the back flap covered my neck and shielded my ears. The strap under the chin is thin, but even once we transferred to a speed boat, it hat no problem holding the hat in place.The large bill was the best part as it was the perfect length to cover my whole face from the African sun.However, especially with olive green color, it makes you look like you should be on safari and didn't really translate well to our Mozambique beach resort for the second half of the trip (I bought a different sun hat from the resort boutique).The only real downside, is that I never wanted to fold the bill in two b/c I think it would have creased it and then worn very strangely so i had to pack it flat on the bottom of my suitcase. This worked just fine. I plan to wear this hiking in the future in place of my baseball cap as it has better coverage and is spf.

I bought this for a trip to India and bhutan. It is a nice quality. It’s lightweight enough that my head didn’t sweat and didn’t feel heavy on my head. But it was nice quality in that it kept its shape if it was shoved into my back pack. The whole in the back was in the middle of my head. I didn’t want it too low because I want my pony tail high enough that it doesn’t make the back of my neck sweaty, but if you like a high pony tail it might not work. There is a Velcro strap to adjust the tightness and size.
