I brought this product due to the amount of carbs in my diet as being Vegan theres not much option or else to eat these days. I don't eat that much of fat but when it comes down to carb intake I say that's probably about 80% of my main meal on my plate. After a while trying these I found they didn't do anything at all. I've.not changed the way I eat or exercise any more or less to see if this product works or not. For me also far almost a month in to it nothing.Now for someone else they might work as we all have different body types. I didn't know what star rating I should of given. So ended up giving a 3. But again. As I said. We all have different body types. Beat thing I say is Gove it ago and see if it works for you.Updated review. Used the whole thing and nothing has changed. Didn't work for me.

I opened the bottle, took out the cotton wool and little packet then proceeded to pull out 3 empty capsules that were broken inside. Dont know if I will find more. The ones that have broken have left dust all over the other capsules. Only just opened so dont even know if they work. Seem a bit dodgy to find three broken empty capsules on opening.

As with most products to aid weight loss this works well in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle and diet however this is one of the better ones I have used

So. There are mixed reviews on this product, but as everone knows human body is not the same. I use this product for my metabolism as I suffer with thyroid problems, and it works great for me. My bowel movement is regular, therefore I am happy. Please read about the product ingredients before you use anything and than make a decision, this is what I do. The only issue can be with the item is, it's name, as people think it is a weight loss tablet. It can be if it is used regularly with exercise and correct diet, but it need determinations.

Bought this product to help give me a boost along side my usual gym routines and relatively healthy diet. Cant say it did much at all for me. I didn't see any difference after introducing it onto my daily routine. Will probably not be purchasing again
