I've been taking colostrum for a few months now and like the health benefits it provides; I particularly like this brand for its commitment to the organic process. Also, this product has prebiotics in it to help out with digestion. The product arrived well-packaged and undamaged, so I had no issues with purity/safety. The capsules are easy to swallow, although more often than not, I open the capsules and pour the colostrum directly into a morning protein shake. All colostrum has a slightly milky taste anyway, so it works!
