It gives a slight energy boost and concentration but the taste is just horrible not like mango at all it eve burn your mouth if you leave it for too long the smell is also horrible if you leave it in th open your room will not smell good at all! The ingredients are ok. The concept is alright but make the flavor better. If you want quick caffeine just buy caffeine pills cheap and effective.

Got the Mango and the Cinnamon Mocha. The taste of the Mango is awful. The coconut fiber stands out on overwhelms the flavor. Barely taste any mango. The pouches break easily, not good quality. Not a good value. The flavor on the Cinnamon Mocha is surprisingly good, but unfortunately same issues with the pouches and the value just isnt there. Performance is decent, I never noticed and spikes in energy, but felt like it worked fine. Not going to be a repeat customer.

They should be more transparent with the ingredient list. I bought these with no option to return, only to find they use cheap forms of b vitamins, the pouches are overly large, and they really don't affect your mental state.
