This works great and does a fine job in the right hands.

A tamper is used to knock down rocks on the finish coat of cement so you use your trowel and finish in any way you want smooth coat broom finish rock salt finish Etc

Tamper is lightweight and easy to use. Image in description is incorrect for current model. The handle comes in three parts, left and right handles and a crossbar that bolted to the handles. That is a little less robust than the one piece handle shown, but it does the job. Probably changed the design to make it more compact for shipment.

Not much to say other than it does its job and isn't too hard to clean-up.There are a few places you may not get all of the concrete out of during clean-up but this is no different than any other tamp.

Worth the price. Finishing off cement work is much simpler using this tamper

It is good quality and worked really well. It should last me a life time.
