I bought this in dark brown and the color did not match my hair. I messaged them and they sent out a replacement free of charge in hazel brown which matched perfectly and I did not have to return the dark brown. They have excellent customer service and I absolutely love this powder! It will come off on your fingers if you scratch your head, but I have not seen it come off on my pillowcases at all and it is easy to wash off your fingers. I think it will last quite a while too. I will never use anything else. I'm a very happy customer and I highly recommend this product!

Fantastic product for root touch ups or thinning hair spots! Stays in place even through sweating! Blends super easy with no mess! Color for me was almost spot on.. Almost..i use dark brown and it did blend very well..however it could be asmig darker. I used on blow dried hair that wasn't💯 dry but it still worked!
