I was advised to buy this by a diabetes coach. These plates are GREAT!!! They are sturdy and super easy to clean. The portion size is so helpful! This is a super quick way to be sure your ratio of carbs to protein is on track. You are supposed to put veggies in the large part and protein in one small and starchy carbs in the other small. It is so much easier than weighing! It is already helping me to see how my ratios have been off.
