True review , Bought it December 18,2025 . I experienced my first seb derm flare at 15, I’m now 31 dealing with it much better than before . My issue this time around was treating the scaling and dryness after shampooing since I’ve been able to keep the buildup to a minimum with selenium sulfide shampoo or salicylic acid shampoo combined with a scalp scrubber. I was using aloe Vera for dryness but that kept the dry scaling at bay for only 1 day . I posted this review on my first day of using Royce derm, I’ve seen a major improvement with keeping the dry scaling away but also giving my natural pigment within one use since It spread around my scalp and hairline . First day I used it and it’s worth every dollar , quality is amazing and it works for real . I was definitely skeptical because seb derm is such a benign condition but I mean it when I say complete difference on the first day . I do advise using it 2 or 3 times for the first day , but again it’s my first day using it and I’m confident it’s going to work out. Edit December 22,2025 I’m pretty much back to normal skin again. I’m using Royce derm twice a day . Still keeping up with my shampoo regimen T/Gel or Selenium sulfide. EDIT JAN 28,2026 Complete remission , color pigment normal, flares reduced to none . Can feel normal healthy skin growth in use to be flare areas . It’s worth it

This product has really worked with my hair follicle problem! It stopped the itching, flaking, irritating follicles from being inflamed. Very cooling effect!

My scalp was inflamed and flacky and i used many shampoo that seemed to do nothing or just make it worse but this one actually worked this stuff is amazing just after the second use it my scalp was almost back to normal. This is the only stuff that worked for me 100% recommend

This product is like a miracle. I was concerned with how it burned at the first application but it cooled after a few minutes. I did have scratches due to the severe itching, so that likely why it burned on the first use. Each application afterwards has been much better and it is now a menthol type cooling sensation. My flaky patches and itching was much better after only two days. One week and I believe my skin is back to normal. I also bought their face cream because I am afraid of putting this cream around my eyes.

Super dry thick hair.Even during the worst droughts it still grows! I’m a week into this and I love it. No flacking and dryness going on. Baby boomer here and I’ve tried just about anything. Honestly worth it…

after using this product on both face and scalp i saw positive improvements within a few days. It cleared up both the dandruff and the itching.

They changed the active ingredient to salicylic acid from the 1st time i ordered it and now it Won't work for me bc salicylic acid irritates my skin but the sellers responded and offered a refund which I appreciate so changed review to 3 stars from 1 star. Wish I knew why they changed the formula.

So I have had redness on my face for years now. A doctor suggested it may be rosacea but no official diagnosis. This cream got rid of the redness in a few days, but gave me really bad acne all over my chin and around my nose after about a week of use. I hadn't had acne in 20 years lol. I stopped the cream and the acne went away. I tried again a month later and acne result. It was nice to not be red, but the acne was worse for me so I don't use it anymore. My husband swears by it for spots on his face under his mustache that he believes is seborrheic dermatitis though. So it works BUT may cause you side effects.

Surprisingly works! It genuinely seems to have cured me! It put on my face every other day and it helps loads!!!! Couldn't recommend more!

Amazing product, helps with my psoriasis on my scalp, back and elbows. The shampoo and conditioner do a great job at cleaning and cleansing the area and applying the cream 2-3 times a day works more then enough this is the second time I've purchased this product......

This has helped my face so much , the back of my ears first the very first time in years are sore free . Skin feels smoother and hydrated . Amazing product.

I use this everyday after a shower and it has worked wonders with my face! I usually get peeling skin and normal moisturiser just hides it, this product deals with it. I’m still new to using it and so far so good, still a little peeling skin but I haven’t used it that long. So glad I purchased this

Has been helping my psoriasis on my face, I still have a bit of it so I’m going to try to be more regular with applying it.
