Update: The company replaced it & the fresh protein powder tastes & smells delicious! Will buy again! First review: I tried, I really tried to like it. The powder smells rancid when first opened, even though the exp. date is two years out (hate to think of what it would taste like then). The taste is terrible, rancid, bitter-ish, just awful. Such a shame, the ingredients are great.

I am very sensitive to protein powders. I cannot have whey, soy, pea protein and others, but this protein is SO GOOD and EASY TO DIGEST! :) I am sooooo happy I found it. I paid it with collagen powder to complete the protein.

I bought this protein powder because it has no dairy in it and is easy on my stomach. I like the taste of the chocolate but it could be a little less chalky but otherwise it is satisfying.

Due to colitis and food sensitivity issues, I have to be very selective about my protein powders. This one has proven to be a great choice for me. I especially enjoy the chocolate flavor over the plain. Because I like my shakes thick, I only use about 1/2 C water, along with collagen powder, 1/2 frozen banana, a few drops of stevia, and 1/2 C ice. It blends quickly in my Ninja blender and I can “eat” it with a spoon. Sometimes I add hempseed or psyllium fiber as well.

I bought this based on the reviews. Prime example of how different people's tastes are. I have tried many many MANY protein powders considering my husband is a competitive bodybuilder....I can honestly say that this tastes the worst. Some said it mixes great.. are you guys crazy? I normally throw water or almond milk in a shaker with a scoop of protein powder, shake and go. This powder stayed in clumps. Tastes like cocoa chalk. This is definitely something to mix when baking or making higher calorie smoothies because you cannot drink it by itself without having to dump a ton of some kind of sweetener in it. Will not purchase again.
