I used this during a recent virus infection when my nose was completely blocked, and it genuinely helped. This spray is very easy to use and effective for clearing the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe. Any salt taste experienced is mild and not unpleasant. It is great to have easy breathing during the day and particularly at night when trying to sleep.

Been using this when blocked up and it works well. Clears things out quickly without that harsh feeling you get with some sprays. Gentle but effective.

Absolutely fantastic product if you feel you have a cold coming on then this will have you feeling better in no time at all. I had cathar and all was cleared using this fantastic product and garling with salt water at night and each morning. I have no more nasal issues after using this. This also helps clears scabs in the nasal passage.

I only tried it once but I may try it again after my holiday next week - I bought it to clear congestion as I have very bad sinuses and it's agony on take off and landing when I fly. However when I used it the one time, I got a splitting headache within minutes and it took a day to calm down, so it was definitely doing something with my sinuses!
