Don't know about how well it works but - supplements are supposed to dissolve in warm water within about 15 minutes to be absorbed and effective. These tablets don't dissolve even after an hour.

Makes a big difference in brain function. I’ve been taking this, after using similar supplements that are more expensive, and always notice every time I run out after 3-7 days, I forget things more often, have less focus, and definitely don’t feel as sharp cognitively. Works as well as more expensive grass fed beef brain supplements.Definitely worth trying, IMHO.

This supplement has a manufacture date of 5/16 - 3 years ago! Most supplements generally begin to degrade and lose potency by 2 years after manufacture. Worst case scenario, they become toxic. I don’t old, ineffective & possibly dangerous supplements. I’m not going to risk taking this.
