This was my second time ordering from this seller and once again I had a great experience. The product quality is excellent and works exactly as described. The seller was very responsive, patient, and helped me with all my questions before and after the purchase.

I installed the smart film on a glass wall and honestly, I’m really impressed. When it’s turned off, it looks like frosted glass — super clean and modern. But as soon as I hit the switch, it goes crystal clear almost instantly. The change is smooth and kind of cool to watch. Installation was fairly straightforward. I’m not super handy, but I followed the instructions and got it working in an afternoon. I did need an extra set of hands to align the film properly on the glass, so keep that in mind. The clarity when it’s on is better than I expected — it doesn’t distort the view, and the light still passes through beautifully. It gives my space a high-end, tech-forward feel without any bulky blinds or curtains. It also blocks visibility perfectly when off, which is ideal during Zoom calls or just when I want some privacy. Only minor downside: you do need access to a nearby power outlet, and hiding the wiring takes a bit of planning if you want a clean look. But overall, this smart film totally transformed my space. Would definitely buy again for other rooms in the house.

I've contacted the seller several times, and they respond and then stop responding. I spent so much money on buying several window films and I told them they weren't working and they said that it was the way we cut them, then we cut them the way they told us and still didn't work. We installed them a few weeks after we received them because it was for a project. At this point I don't know what to do, we spent thousands and for them not to work is so disappointing. I offered to send them back and just to get a replacement. A video call would have been great or something to help us after spending thousands we purchased about 14 of them, paid for fast shipping but that was never offered.

I wasn’t ready to buy a full size yet, so I ordered a sample to try it out first. The quality was better than I expected, and the black color looks great in person. It gave me a good idea of how it would look once installed. Now that I’ve tested it, I’m planning to order larger sizes for our upcoming project. Overall, I’m really happy with the sample.

I bought this smart film for a small window in my bedroom that faces the neighbor’s house. I didn’t want to put up blinds or curtains because the room is small and I like having as much natural light as possible. This turned out to be the perfect solution. When it's off, the film looks like frosted glass and completely blocks the view in and out. With the remote, I can switch it to clear during the day if I want more sunlight. It’s really cool to see it change instantly. Installation was pretty straightforward. I had a friend help me just to make sure we got it lined up right, and it turned out clean with no bubbles or issues. Customer service was also quick to respond when I had a question about the power supply. It does exactly what I wanted—gives me privacy without making the room feel closed off. Worth the price for the convenience and look.

Great product. Helpful customer service. One thing I'll say is that although the instructions say you can use a box knife, that will leave white clouds around the edges. You have to use scissors. I have 2 yappy little dogs that love to sit on the back of our couch and yell at people. This shuts them up. They hate it but I love it.

I tried the sample and it met my expectations. I’ll be purchasing 7 more pieces.
