Can't really comment on this as I've only just had it for a little while and not sure how it's improved myself as it's early days

This company has a good reputation in my eyes i like their products & lack of fillers - But this type of wormwood can be harmful if you get enough thujone. sweet wormwood (annua) has more artemisinin content if targeting malaria Thujone in wormwood absinthium is a toxic substance. and antagonizes gaba in rat studies it can induce seizures at if enough is taken. theres a study that did a tea extraction of 2.5 grams , and found amounts multiple x above what's thought to possibly be safe around a few mgs. the company probably recognises this which is why theyre sold as only 250mg and i guess the hot water brings more out than what your body would normally digest? so maybe sticking to a 250mg dose would be ok. but can overdo this one
