Excellent for 1st Grade Dress Up
Like most wigs, the wig was a little warm, but worked well for our 6year old to wear as he impersonated Benjamin Franklin for a school project. He wore the wig for almost two hours. We didn't end up clipping it on him, just put it on top of his fairly short hair. We didn't use a wig cap.The glasses were great. It would have been really cool of they imitated bifocals, since Ben is known for inventing them, but the single lense worked great too.The items gave our costume the final touches that it needed.

Wig and glasses
The wig looks good where it is bald is kind of see through. The glasses fit my 12 year old good as well.

Really liked the gray hair color
Was perfect for his school biography project. Fit my fourth grader well and was comfortable for the hour he had to wear it.

Perfect!
I purchased this item for my son's Ben Franklin costume for the school play. It was absolutely perfect! A good quality item that can be reused for another costume in the future. It held up well for two performances and rough handling (10 year old boy).

Is this Benjamin Franklin?
This kit completed my grandson's costume for his "Day at the Museum" character. There were 2 sets of glasses for the character; one adult-size and one small child-sized. It was perfect. The only disappointment that I had was with the wig. The "bald" top did not look like a bald top. The fabric material was heavy and very light in color. I would recommend that a different fabric had been used; more of a netting or even a two-piece top; one to hide the hair and be paintable to match the skin color and a clear rubberized material to look bald. I wasn't really concerned with the quality of the hair material; after all, it was going to used only a couple of times.... I was more concerned with the over-all appearance. The wig did stay on though. It was a pretty good bargain, considering what I paid for it, though. He did look like Benjamin Franklin, especially with the key that he had.

Great too
Cute, perfect for my son’s living museum project at school. It doesn’t come with pants, but just put your child in rolled up khakis and long white socks pulled up to his knees - done! The top is completely done and has everything you need, including a cravat. Love this costume - my son was a hit!

Wig too large for kids
This wig and glasses set worked ok for my son while he presented himself as Ben Franklin for a school project. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the wig was too large for my 11 year old son's head. There is a flap of fake "skin" for the forehead area and then the wig is attached to that "skin". The "hair" fibers would shed out of the wig easily. As my son only needed to represent as Franklin for an hour, the wig worked ok. An adjustable (or smaller) wig size would be a nice bonus for this set.
