I have used Tons of portable heat patches and these things are the BEST. I cannot stress this enough they get hot, please read the instructions before use if you do not place the patch on your pants or underwear you will get burned! These things last for A Long time, they last a full day of work and they make me very happy. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that these do NoT come in a bigger size. I need the full length of my lower back and this doesn't even come close

My daughter has almost the exact same experience as the other reviewer who titled their review no medicine required. These things are amazing and now my daughter requests that I keep some on hand at all times. She’s able to wear them discreetly to school and get through her day when she has really bad cramps. Get these for your teen!

This does not work. I've tried two different pads and there is NO heat. Complete waste of money. I've waited all day for it to work and never heated up once.. even after waiting the '30' minutes it says on package. Bummer, two times ive needed them and 2 times ive been let down.

My teenage daughter refuses to take any kind of medicine, but has really strong cramps. The kind that she says make her want to curl in a ball on the floor and cry. I now have a monthly subscription.They give her the relief she needs for the 1-2 days a month that her cramps are the strongest. She is able to go to school and wear these discretely when the pain is the worst. They stick on over your clothes, not directly on the skin, so plan to wear some layers to not make it obvious, otherwise it looks like you are wearing a pad on the outside of your t-shirt.She recently had a school overnight trip and her period was planned to occur over the same days. I worried about her dealing with the pain or missing out on activities. However, she was able to pack these easily. They are travel friendly since no batteries required! It was nice to have a plan in place.

These last for so many hours and they work so good best heating pads I’ve used.
