Good phone

I bought this phone back in July, worked great till the point of not wanting to charge. The durability is awesome, after dropping it a few times (butter fingers), all the damage done was purely cosmetic. The screen size and audio quality were great too. Customer Support people are very friendly as well. Will continue to, and have been recommending the phone to various people. Best part, IMO, was the "Toolbag" App. Has almost everything one would need for almost anything (ruler, compass, and a few other things I can't recall).

WHEN THEY SAY RUGGED- THEY ARE NOT KIDDING!!! 👍🏻The PROS: *Awesome Battery! 🔋 *Awesome Flashlight! 🔦 -EXTREMELY bright! Lights up a -BIG AREA OUTSIDE even! *Heavy Duty!🏋‍♀️💪🏼- pretty much -unbreakable *Scratch resistant screen! (comes -with plastic Screensaver, which -fell off after awhile, but screen is -very tough on its own (I do need -to get another Screensaver tho) * Nice BIG screen! 🖥 * BIG PHONE! 🔠 *Free REALLY GOOD headphones! -🎧 *Great connection! 📶 Rarely loses -signal, even when Im in the -stix...my wife and I both have -Boost, and this phone will have -signal even when her Samsung -doesn't (we are in the booonies -often, lol) *AGAIN- Its not gonna break if I -drop it- that's FOR SURE! (prob -not even if I even leave it on the -roof of the car, and it falls off on a -dirt road at 40 mph, but to be - clear: I have NOT tested this) *Back Pocket SAFE/Sitting on it -SAFE! 👖🪑 *Waterproof?💦 I DON'T know, but -I dropped this one in a puddle for -prob 3 seconds, and it was NOT - affected in any way. Dried it off -and it was fine. *NO CASE IS NEEDED.📲 The -phone IS its own case- thick and -indestructable 👎🏼THE (possible) CONS: * Speed-🏃‍♂️💨 a bit slow but not -too bad, (really my ONLY - complaint, which is why I didn't -give it 5 stars) but mine is only -4G (which I wanted and prefer, for - health reasons) *Camera-📸 my S21 Ultra was a bit - better, but this one is pretty -good- plenty of filters to -customize, I really cant complain *Weight-🏋‍♀️ it IS HEAVY DUTY, so it - is HEAVY. Im a big guy, I do -construction, so I personally don't -mind the weight- but if ever -someone picks up my phone, they -ALWAYS exclaim DANG THAT'S A -HEAVY PHONE! (Makes me look -TUFF💪🏼, builds muscle, 🤣) ***Phone arrived in a week and the free headphones came a few days later. I thought they forgot to send them, so my wife (who IS actually typing this for me) alerted Amazon right away, and BOTH sets of headphones came 2 days later, in separate packges. I (my wife) alerted Amazon, (she) apologized for jumping the gun, asked how to send the extra pair of headphones back, and she was told "its ok, you can keep them", in fact, they insisted. 😊 Very kind of them. (Amazon, or the Blackview company- not sure...?) ***I would Definitely reccomend getting this phone if you want a durable heavy duty phone and your tired of broken/breaking screens on delicate slim phones. I am VERY hard on my phones, (they always break- cracked screens/dropped/slid off car/dropped in liquids- (oh the many way I've killed my phones!) but THIS PHONE is built to last! NOTE: I only use my phone for streaming YT (all day long- I listen while I work), live stream camera phone calls, regular phone calls, and texting, and taking lots of pics and videos, and sharing those with family... for that, it's PLENTY FAST. If you want to run a biz with this phone, I cant vouch for the speed, but I can vouch this phone will not break on you. It lives up to its claims! I'm very satisfied with this phone, and would highly reccomend.

I'm liking the phone so far the flashlight is extremely bright it is on the heavy side but I knew I was getting a rugged phone with a 15,000mah battery it's not meant to be light as a feather set up took less than 15 minutes and lots of customizable options fingerprint ID works extremely fast even with dirty hands buttons clean off easily and feel like some sort of metal assuming aluminum the dual speakers are very loud you will not need a Bluetooth speaker with this phone you can clearly hear it 40+ feet away I've tested it out for the last 8 hours using all the functions and the battery percentage has dropped 10%

This is a ATT phone and my provider suspended my service and made me use a different phone after they connected there service to it so it isn't unlocked. Now the phone it's self is badass.
