My biggest complaint with this bottle/company is that it takes 3 pills to equal a daily dosage. Given the size of the capsules, that seems ridiculous. They need to find a way to lower that amount and the capsule size.

After doing some research and comparison online, I decided to give Curos a shot. Previously, I had been taking the Naturelo multivitamin for men. I took 2 pills the night I got them, and almost within half an hour I felt more alert and clearheaded than I've been in a while (most likely that B vitamin punch). I thought it might just be placebo at first, but after taking these vitamins for over a week now I can say they actually make me feel more energized and focused. My sleep has improved and I've also noticed that my dreams are a lot more vivid, which I'm assuming has something to do with an increase in serotonin levels. I highly recommend this multivitamin to anyone who wants a quality product.

Curos Essential has several ingredients that are hard to find in other multivitamins. So even if you already take another multivitamin, and it doesn't share many of the ingredients in Curos, it might be a good idea to add this as well to your supplement regimen.

Do your homework, search You Tube. The company has all the essential vitamins and supplements needed for daily consumption.
