This 12-in-1 steam mop works really great cleaning the floors in my house. It's very versatile and comes with multiple attachments. It includes a measuring cup to fill it up with water, an ironing brush, a window cleaning tool, a round & flat brush, an angle nozzle, a large round brush, a scraping tool and an extra mop head. This steam mop is very easy to assemble and use. It's also lightweight. It only uses tap water and no cleaning chemicals are required. It heats up very quickly. I've used it on the tile floors in my kitchen and dining room, my hardwood floors in my living room and it can also clean carpets as well. The additional attachments allow you to clean your shower, glass, mirrors, garments, upholstery, etc. I would highly recommend this product and I'm very happy with this purchase.

I really like this mop with one complaint, the water reservoir runs out quickly. I have had a few different steam mops and each was good with some issues. Most of them lasted through the entire process. This one on high runs out in a small area 6x8 ft. I was surprised as I had just started and it was already empty. Otherwise I really love that it comes with attachments and is a multi use tool. It comes with two pads. Cleans well, and is hot enough to kill germs without chemicals. Easy to use

I like this steam mop for a variety of reasons. It's incredibly easy to use and it cleans my hardwood floors - easily! It cleans stubborn stains on my floor that I KNOW I have to run over with my Swiffer multiple times in order to pick up with just one pass! It's easy to refill (a cup with a spout is included) and it holds a lot of water/cleaning solution. I was able to steam mop my bathroom, hallway, pantry and kitchen with one fill. There's three settings that you can set the mop on for steam production - I find that it works great on the ECO mode but if you want to hurry up and get the job done, the max mode will get it done faster. The touchscreen display makes it easy to choose what setting you want it on and is clear and bright enough for all to see. The steam mop heats up incredibly fast so there isn't a long time waiting and the extra long cord is helpful for when cleaning large spaces. It stores easily and doesn't take up much space. All of the attachments included are useful throughout your entire home so you can clean everything from your hardwood floors, carpets to drapes and couches! It's lightweight so it's easy to use/transport around your home for various uses and it's at an affordable price! I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable steam mop that will last and can get the job done - this is a good buy!

I rarely write reviews, but this steam cleaner deserves it. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by how lightweight and easy to use it was. It heats up quickly and produces powerful steam that melts away grime in seconds. I used it on my tile floors, grout, kitchen appliances, and even my shower walls – everything looks brand new! The attachments are super useful and make it easy to get into tight corners. No harsh chemicals needed, just water – which is a huge bonus for my allergies and pets. I never realized how satisfying and effective steam cleaning could be! If you're on the fence, get it. It has truly changed the way I clean, and I actually look forward to using it. Highly recommend!

This is a great little steam cleaner. Assembly was easy, and I was able to start using it quickly. While the included directions were a bit confusing and had poor English, the mop itself is straightforward. It heats up very fast and did an excellent job cleaning the tile floor in my kitchen. The water reservoir is relatively small, but I was pleasantly surprised by how long it lasts before needing a refill. The mop pads are well-made and seem durable. They were easy to install and easy to clean in the sink between uses. I assume they will also hold up well in the washing machine, though I have not tried that yet. The cleaner is lightweight and easy to maneuver. It's also simple to store since it stands on its own.

Works great! I bought this for a manufacturing facility, and it got some pretty tough oil and mud stains out of the floor. Easy to put together, easy to use, heats up super quickly and, even though it looks like the size of the water canister wouldn't enable it to last for long, it lasted through two entire rooms before it needed a refill. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the mop pad doesn't seem to stay on very well. The velcro-like fixtures secure it fairly loosely, so the front part bunches up when you mop due to the weight of the device and the friction between the pad and the floor.

I really like it. I had one before but the carpet glider would not stay on, it was quite frustrating. I haven't used all the attachments yet, but hopefully they work well. I'm super clean, don't wear shoes in the house, and can't believe the dirt it picks up. It works fast so I feel the floor is sanitized and it doesn't take long.

Difficile à exciter sur un plancher le bois franc. Relativement très utile pour les carreaux. Nécessité de savonner beaucoup le moop pour nettoyer. Trop cher pour rien à mon avis
