I wanted to try these out because my appetite is always out of control. I'll eat until I'm finally full, and then it's like 30 minutes later I'm starving again. I work three jobs (all at a desk!), so there's not much time for exercise and I'm just a low-energy person anyway, so I've put on like 25 pounds in the past couple of years and I've gotta stop but I'm SO HUNGRY. I just took these for the first time this morning before I left for work. All I've eaten today is a small barbeque burger that would normally hit like an appetizer, but that was 4 hours ago and I'm still comfortably satisfied. I was also unusually energetic today and got a lot done, despite only getting 4 hours of sleep last night. It has to be the gummies; that's the only thing I've done differently. If this continues, I don't think I'll have any problem losing some of this weight! Really excited!!

3rd purchase, works well, lost 20 pounds

Started these a week ago and can see a change in energy and appetite. Tastes great, the only thing is they are very sticky while chewing and can be a turn off for some who don't like Laffey taffy. The taste is intentional and is giving "why not try again tomorrow" vibes. I'm monitoring the weight loss and what happens when i take these. so far so good. but it's also a life style change. the weight doesn't fall off if you are still carrying your same mindset and physical couchset.

I am not certain how much these work for weight loss alone since I do currently eat on a caloric deficit for weight loss however I noticed when I take them I feel good and have energy to last me the day. I used to come home tired from work, but since taking them I don't feel as tired and normally feel tired at bedtime. They taste delicious like I'm eating a sweet treat. After ordering them 3x I have placed them on auto order. You can eat up tp 6 per day according to the intructions however I stick to 2-4 per day. this is my experience and personal opinion

I like how the Keto ACV Gummies give me a calm feeling and helps me rest at night. The flavor is quite yummy. As for weightloss...I'm still waiting to see results. I've only lost about 4 pounds in the 3 weeks that I've been taking the ACV Gummies. I was hoping for better results. I'll have to just wait and see as time goes by.
