Great if you dont like pasta noodles
The texture is really nice when cooked properly, super easy to just throw in some sauce and chicken and bam, a great meal. I could eat these forever. Wish you got more in the package because you almost need to eat all 3 to feel full

Exactly what you need.
Yes!! These are awesome. Even with a substitute sauce, like crunchy chili oil, really good. Do take the time to separate noodles prior.

Great find!
The media could not be loaded. I think they are fantastic for the price, the taste is on par with similar products, and so is the texture. Buying prepackaged foods will never taste like the fresh or authentic but these aren't bad. I didn't have mold or mildew issues like I read, but yes, they stick, are hard, and have that smell all rice cake packages have. Rice cake dehydrates, and releases moisture, those complaints about it are normal rice cake activities. They will grow a pinkish mold if not refridgerted eventually, that is also normal and some people don't know that. They soften when cooked in a hot liquid, this specifically applies to these types of cut rice cakes, they're made to be cooked, not eaten straight (not that you can't). But once I cooked them in sauce and shared them with my 8 year old, we both smiled, these were not only good but a great! (Especially the price considering the other options on Amazon.) The little "pepper" looking spots you randomly see are not mildew or mold, it is part of the grain of rice before made into rice cake, buy a bag of rice and check each little piece, their will be at least 1 with some dark or black on one end. I highly recommend these and will buy again.

Easy to make
Amazing but I need to find a sauce that’s not too spicy for me. What a silly because I know the sauce is spicy.

Extremely Disappointed - Health Hazard Alert!
I purchased these rice cakes with the expectation of enjoying a healthy snack, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.Upon receiving the package, I immediately noticed condensation inside the packets. Though I came across a few positive reviews, I thought I was one of the fortunate ones who invested wisely in a quality product. Unfortunately, I couldn't have been more mistaken.Within an incredibly short span of just two days, mold began to grow on my remaining packs of rice cakes. This is utterly unacceptable! Not only does it signify poor quality control, but it also poses a serious health hazard for consumers. Consuming moldy food can lead to foodborne illnesses, which makes this issue not just about product dissatisfaction, but a concern for public health.I am baffled as to why Amazon continues to allow the sale of such a product on their platform. It is alarming that such a reputed online marketplace is enabling a vendor to potentially endanger the health of its customers.I strongly believe this product should be removed from Amazon's listings immediately. I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this alarming issue. Until then, I would strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this product for the sake of their health.

They’re okay.
I bought these to cook and eat rice cakes in my ramen dishes or as a dish themselves.Texture is firm. I feel like however you cook them is personal preference though. I prefer a bit of bounce to mine.Tastes like a rice cake. Again, however you cook them will really determine the taste you taste, but alone they’re good.Packaging wise, they’re sectioned into amounts of cakes. Downside, I do have to separate them before cooking or they will stick. Could just be user error though. The plastic it comes in is also not resealable, so you will have to seal any excess you don’t use or cook entire packets at a time. They give you a LOT, so keep that in mind with family size, portions, and how often you plan on eating this stuff.Took two stars for packaging not being resealable, but again could be user error for me. I also would not say these are the best rice cakes I have had and do not plan on buying any more once I finish my package here. They’re good but not AMAZING.
