My main reason for buying this portable monitor is because of my previous experience with another Uperfect product. I have a 15.6 Qled 500 nits 1080p which is great and still running strong on my desktop set up. Very nice color production and brightness. Coming back to this particular product. It is big, light, easy to set up and still very portable, it just that it has 350 nits of brightness instead of 450 nits. Looking at the product description, it states that it has 450 nits of brightness and 120hz refresh rate. The refresh rate of 120hz is accurate but the brightness isn't. It only have 350 nits according to the manual included in the box. Comparing my older Uperfect Qled with 500 nits is brighter and color reproduction of qled vs. ips is a big difference. I will use it for my ROG Ally and I need a better refresh rate than 60hz. It is still bright but not as bright and color reproduction of Uperfect Qled is very accurate. I contacted Uperfect customer service and have communication with Sophia. Great communications, she understood what was my issue with the product description not being accurate and suggested a compromise. Don't get me wrong, the monitor is very nice but what sold me is the brightness stated in the product description. She states that they will correct the product description soon for better description of the particular item. Uperfect stand with their product and that is why I choose them again for another portable monitor for my needs. After this very positive experience with Sophia, Uperfect customer service. I am looking forward of getting another product from them but will go with a Qled instead of IPS and maybe 2k resolution is in order, just waiting for the up coming prime days again. I tested several products before trying out this UPERFECT 4K Portable Monitor. I even ended up returning 3 of them because they weren't satisfactory (other monitors). For me, quality is the most important for me. I'm the type of person that enjoys good sound and good visuals. As you can see in my setup, I have a gaming PC attached to a wide screen monitor, a 4k OLED monitor, and the 17.3" UPERFECT monitor at the base of the two other monitors. I wanted something matte, something with Apple-like retina display, something bright and something large enough. The screen size was perfect. It was easy to set up and connected without any issues. I did have one super minor issue with the power plug; it was making a slight humming noise but works perfectly fine. Still, I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I emailed the customer support that was listed on their card/website and they got right back to me and offered to ship me a new power plug. Again, the monitor works perfectly! I was so happy with the product, that I ordered a different UPERFECT 17.5" monitor for my office. This company's products are great as well as their customer service. I'll look here first to buy monitors before other brands!

Excellent product! It looks beautiful. I have not had any issues with it. Even though I had two monitors given to me by my company, I stopped using them and put my new portable monitor on the desk with its stand. It works perfectly fine. It's compact and lightweight. I bought a UPERFECT Laptop Sleeve 24-inch for Laptop/Portable Monitor on Amazon and it fits perfectly for carriage. I have my carry-on and I've this as my personal item when I travel even internationally. I've never had any issues with airport security. This monitor is great for the purpose and it has value for your money. It receives my high recommendations.

In terms of build quality, display, ease of use, this monitor is great. My only vice is that the model I received was only 100hz, rather than 120. But if you can look past that, great monitor, would recommend. Also the customer support is wonderful and very attentive. They'll reimburse and help out with any problems you have.

This 18.4″ 4K UPerfect portable monitor was the clear winner after extensive research, offering the largest screen I could fly with while still being lightweight, USB-C powered, and practical for professional work. I use it for coding, database work, data analytics, and spreadsheets while traveling and working from cafes, coworking spaces, hotels, and it has been an excellent balance of size, clarity, and portability for a mobile workstation setup. I own two. Let me break it down. For a 4K monitor at this size, the display is roughly 240 pixels per in., which is just slightly below the pixel density of Apple’s Retina-line laptops, so text, code, tables, and spreadsheet details look very sharp and easy to read. It is a 60 Hz panel rather than 120 Hz, but for productivity and professional work, the 4K resolution and high pixel density are what matter most, and the overall clarity is excellent. The connectivity has also been very practical. The USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt-Mode, so one cable can deliver both power and video from supported laptops and mobile devices, and Mini-HDMI is available for devices that do not support USB-C video. This is especially helpful if your laptop does not have three or more USB-C ports and you want to run two portable monitors, since you can mix USB-C and HDMI connections instead of relying on a single port type. I have also used it to connect directly to my phone, which is useful for recovering data from a phone with a damaged screen (doesnt seem to matter until it does). For all of those reasons, I chose this monitor—but the reason I will keep coming back to this brand is their customer service. After several weeks of use, the HDMI port on my first unit stopped working and I was outside the Amazon return window with no extended warranty. I contacted UPerfect support and received an initial response within about 24 hours, and every follow-up reply from Sophia on their team arrived within 12 hours with clear instructions and solutions at each step. Sophia's sincere unscripted tone made me feel heard. Once I provided my order details and return tracking, they arranged an expedited replacement. I covered the cost to return the defective unit and they covered the replacement and delivery; the speed, communication, and care they provided truly felt like world-class support. Overall, this monitor delivers sharp 4K, practical features, real portability, and outstanding customer service. Based on both the product quality and how strongly the company stood behind it, I feel confident recommending it to remote workers, travelers, and anyone building a portable productivity workstation.

I am extremely happy with my UPERFECT QLED 24" 120Hz Portable Monitor. The 1080P display quality is vibrant, the 120Hz refresh rate is smooth, and the overall portability is excellent. It’s a huge upgrade for my setup. It’s definitely value for money given how bright it is compared to other monitors I tested in the same price range claiming the same brightness. Initially, I ran into an issue where the second unit I ordered was missing the black carry case that came with my first one. I reached out to customer support, and the representative, Sophia, was outstanding. She quickly confirmed that the 24-inch model is not typically bundled with the case but immediately offered to send one to me free of charge to ensure I had a great shopping experience. The case was shipped promptly, and I received it within a few days. This level of proactive support and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional. I highly recommend both the monitor and this company for their great product and even better service!

This is such a great device. I purchased it primary to use for my Nintendo Switch. I originally needed a smaller TV for my office to game on. I found this—and not only could I use it for my Switch, but also for my iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and even as another monitor for my computer. It is powered by a USB-C cable (included, as well as a power adaptor), and also comes with another USB-C cable, and an HDMI to Mini-HDMI Cable. It has ports for all three, as well as built in speakers, a headphone jack, and a multi-purpose toggle-wheel for use as the settling selector. It works almost perfectly on all counts with only a few smaller drawbacks. For my Switch: I have it hooked up via a 3rd party dock by use of the Mini-HDMI cable. It works perfectly. However, the speakers are not loud at all. This is really the only drawback I’ve found so far. For portable devices (Phones/Tablets): If you have a Lighting cable on your iPhone/iPad, you’ll need a special Lightning to HDMI adaptor cable. I contacted support and they sent me one FOR FREE. It came in only 2 days!! I hooked it up and it worked perfectly. It mirrored my phone and iPad instantly without issue. The volume was far better on this too. Computer: I hooked this up to my PC Laptop via USB-C. It instantly connected as a 3rd monitor. It acted exactly the same as a “normal” monitor. Easy peasy. And if your computer allows for it, the USB-C can even power the monitor w/o the use of the additional power cable. I obviously had no need to use the speaker on this as a monitor, but the option showed up on my computer sound output devices. Speakers: While it has built-in speakers, they leave a lot to be desired. They are definitely better than nothing, but they are still not loud. If you’re using this as a monitor, then it’s no big deal…however if you’re wanting to use this to listen to stuff, you may be a tad disappointed. You can always plug in speakers to the audio-out for external speakers, or even headphone, so that helps. Customer Service: The customer service was second to none. They were SUPER responsive and always ready to help with answers. They were very helpful and I was very impressed with how great and friendly they were. Like i said below, they even sent me a free Lightning to HDMI adaptor so i could use this with my phone. I feel like my product is in good hand with them having my back. Negatives (only a few): This device does not support a microphone. If you are gaming and plug in a headset, you will only get audio and won’t be able to talk. I have to plug my mic into my switch or my pc in order to use that function. In order to access the settings for the screen/volume, etc, there is a spring loaded toggle wheel on the side. The instructions do a poor job explaining how to operate this and I needed to contact support in order to get an explanation. If you rotate the dial up or down it will seemingly control the volume, but then at other times it will control the brightness. I could not figure out how to access all the other features. It turns out you have to press IN the edge of the dial (towards the center of the monitor) to bring up a menu. From there you cycle through the different menus (color, resolution, etc) by clicking the wheel and toggling the wheel up/down and a quick press of the power button to make your selections. I only wish the wheel stuck out a little more. If you have larger fingers, it will probably be hard to do this. This is the most annoying part. Closing The positives greatly outweigh the negatives…especially at this price point. The built-in kick stand is solid. If you fold it all the way down flat, it will cover up the ports, however you can just fold it up and you’re find. It has a VESA mounts, so you can even put it on a stand if you want. There is an input selector (the power button, if you just tap it), so you can gave both Mini-HDMI and USB-C plugged in simultaneously and then select which you want to use (in my case with my switch and computer). I love this b/c it’s SUPER thing and the picture quality is great! It’s very bright and the colors are wonderful. Yes, you can get better monitors, but you can’t really beat it at this price point…especially with all the other features it offers. I am super satisfied with my purchase and may even get another one at some point. I hope this helps answer some of the same questions for everyone that I had.

I like this monitor for having a normal HDMI and not just a HDMI mini, it's slim and very portable! Thing is it doesn't have a case, I didn't know I could get a free case until the company messaged me about how I like my product, they pointed me in the direction to get a free case by emailing the customer support email on the back of the instructions of the product and gave me a PDF version in the message for my convenience which was nice, after emailing the support email, I got a response quickly about how to get my free case, which is to provide an address, and in addition to the free case as a separate offer in the same email, to be in their VIP club to try out other products. I declined the second offer as I have too much stuff already that I don't want to add to the pile, and expressed that I am only interested in the free case. There was no response after that until about two days and I was told that they had a weekend that they came back from. It was a little misleading as the page the email was listed on said it was 24hrs, (picture in this review), immediately they said they sent the free case that will come within two days and apologized for not responding sooner because of their weekend, so that was nice. I gave this product 4 stars because of the little bit of a hassle to get the free case, if you're going to have a free case, just include it in the product box! The other monitor I had and returned from a different company had a free case included and I liked that, I returned the other monitor because it only had HDMI mini and it advertised that it had HDMI not specifying mini only! The monitor from UPERFECT, when I first turned it on had a brighter spot on it near the top right, but quickly paned out as I played my game. (It was probably cases by the monitor before shipping being stored in a position not natural for the screen to handle before turning it on). The sound is fair, it does have a headphone jack, I just let the sound come from the monitor's speakers when playing my game. Over all I feel it's a good purchase and great for a gaming personal space!
